THE TASTE OF THE BOLIVIAN COFFEE
The FECAFEB centers their activity in the Provinces of Caranavi, Nor and Sud Yungas of the Department of La Paz. This subtropical, mountainous climate region, nailed in the middle of the Eastern Mountain range of The Andes, the abundant vegetation and fertile grounds, is characterized being producing zone of coffee of the species Coffea Arábica, typica or Creole variety, located in altitudes from the 800 to the 1,900 m.s.n.m.
These conditions, confer to the grain of the coffee, a "fragancioso aroma", a "consistent body" and a high "acidity", particularitities of a fine drink in cup, also known like Strictly Hard Bean (S.H.B.).
