Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
The Federation of Coffee Grower Exporting of Bolivia (FECAFEB), by order of the National Meeting of the Coffee of Peru - JNC and the Ecuadorian Corporation of Coffee growers - CORECAF grouped in the CANCAFE, have the affability to invite you to the accomplishment of III the ANDEAN COFFEE ENCOUNTER, that will be carried out in the city of La Paz - Bolivia, days 8, 9 and 10 of November of the 2004.
The III Andean Coffee Encounter, has the objective to the future analyze of the caficultura in the Andean sub-region forehead to the surroundings of the world-wide caficultora, to establish alliances between the organizations of producers of the region, and to institutionalize the CANCAFE like the platform of the producers of the coffee sector of the countries members of the Andean Community of the Nations - DOG.
Considering that the Andean Community as a whole is the second producer and world-wide exporter of coffee, it is important that the countries members actively participate in the directed debates to surpass the crisis that crosses this sector; for this reason the III Andean Coffee Encounter is constituted in an event that will allow to reaffirm of coordinated way the elaboration of policies and actions that are going to the future define of the caficultura in the andean sub-region forehead to the surroundings of the world-wide caficultora.
