Main exigencies IMO Control at level of the organic production
(always in narrow relation with the conditions of the place)

- To maximize the use of local resources to maintain or to increase the productivity of the coffee plantations (to reduce to the minimum the dependency of external insumos, the same one that in fact never has been important in the production of coffee in the Yungas). Zero chemical insumos of synthesis.

- To optimize the association coffee plant - trees of shade in the measurement in which the decomposition of hojarasca is the main source of nutrients of the coffee plants.

- Optimal Handling of the trees of shade to avoid diminution problems of the fertility (if little shade) or too much incidence of plagues (if it shades excessive).

- Effective practices of control of the erosion risks (plantation in curves of level or elaboration of terraces whenever it is necessary), mainly in parcels located in lands of much slope.

- Nonsingle organic Handling of the parcels of coffee, but of all the lot.

- Control of waters honeys (not to streams, pozas of infiltration)

- Absence of risks of contamination during the familiar pre beneficiary (or group). In case of collective benefit, existence of mechanisms clear to separate the coffee of the producers certified with respect to other qualities of coffee in all the necessary stages).
